Mrs. Katie Koberlein

My name is Katie Koberlein, and I am the new principal of Holy Spirit Catholic School.  I am very excited to be here at Holy Spirit!  I feel that this is a wonderful, close-knit, faith-filled community that I am happy to be joining.

I would like to share with you a little bit about myself.  My husband, Mike, and I have been married for 19 years, and we are the proud parents of three boys, ages 14, 12, and 8.  I enjoy reading, gardening, cheering for our St. Louis Cardinals and Blues (when they’re able to play), and spending time with my family.

I have been an educator in the Archdiocese of St. Louis since 2005.  Most recently, I was principal of the Our Lady of Providence Campus of Holy Cross Academy.  Before that, I taught at St. Mary Magdalen School in Brentwood and at St. Joseph School in Manchester.  I also have experience with Special School District, working with students who have autism.  My degrees include a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Theology and an MA in Catholic School Leadership, both from Saint Louis University.

My goal at Holy Spirit Catholic School is to work together with the parents, faculty, and parish community to provide the best possible academic and faith formation experience for the students at our school.
